Cardi B refuses to hire a babysitter for her 15-month-old daughter Kulture until she finds someone 'trustworthy' enough to do the job -News

Cardi B has her hands full as a working mom and rap superstar.

But she still has yet to find a reliable nanny to lighten her load.

Instead the Bodak Yellow hitmaker says she counts on her relatives to help her care for 15-month-old daughter Kulture, who she shares with fellow emcee husband Offset.

Posting to Instagram on Saturday, the 27-year-old lyricist posted side by side images which feature Kulture looking happy in one and crying in the other, and wrote in the caption: ‘Mom life Look easy don’t it? But Booooyyyyy o booooyyyy.’

After one fan commented to say parenting must be ‘easy’ for the the Bronx, N.Y. native because she ‘has 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢sitters for that 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢,’ Cardi hit back to set the record straight.

‘I actually don’t just me and my mom. Sooo when my mom do her own s**t is ME … When I can finally find some1 trust worthy I’ll have one ! (sic)’ she replied.

Just two weeks after welcoming Kulture into the world in July, Cardi divulged on Instagram Live she was tackling 100% of the childcare responsibilities without any help.

‘There’s this feeling that, as soon as my 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 came out, that I have that is just like … I can’t leave my 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 at night, not for one second,’ she said at the time.

‘A lot of people keep telling me, ”You need to find a nanny because you gotta start working soon,” and it’s so hard because I want to be with my 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 every second.’

‘I don’t feel like nobody could tend [to] my 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 like me,’ she added.

The Hustlers actress elaborated on her desire for closeness with her tot to W magazine in October 2018: ‘I be feeling like, ”Do babies know who’s they mom?” I feel like babies love whoever is giving them the milk, and I want to give the milk the whole time. I want her to know me.’

She did admit that her decision to parent sans nanny can wear on her family, but that she makes an effort to ‘balance it out because everybody gets tired.’

‘I don’t like going to sleep and leaving them with the responsibility of my 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 because I know they just as tired as me. Same way I wanna sleep, they wanna sleep,’ she said.

Cardi and Offset have been wed since September 20, 2017.
